With over two decades of experience in the corporate world, including a decade at board level with responsibility for people, culture, and communications, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and deep understanding of organisational dynamics. My leadership career began before my professional career, leading a 65-strong RAF Cadets squadron at 21, and evolved through 23 years working across sectors in global, innovative and highly prestigious organisations, where I consistently championed better workplace environments and empowered individuals to realise their full potential. Which in turn, returned millions to the bottom line.
I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of leadership – both positive and negative. My journey taught me the critical importance of staying true to one's vision, especially when faced with pressures to conform. This firsthand experience, coupled with my passion for blending strategy, psychology, and a holistic understanding of human potential, forms the bedrock of my approach.
Today, as a strategic leader, consultant, coach, motivational speaker, and writer, I partner with high-end organisations and their C-Suite executives to navigate complex challenges and seize unparalleled opportunities. My clients include leading entities such as Commercial Services Group, Smart Energy GB and EDF, and I've had the privilege of addressing audiences for the CIPD and the Austrian Trade Federation, sharing insights on leadership and change.
